We unfortunately do not accept returns of products due to them being personal care goods.

All products are individually packaged out for delivery. Once a signature has been collected on behalf of the customer for acceptance of the product, we negate the ability to return the item.

Therefore, please check the products upon receipt of delivery. We try to ensure that all our products sold are up to our high standards. However, if there is a problem upon receipt of delivery please let our delivery team member know immediately.
